Ellie my support contact was quick, thorough and was diligent in her follow-up. I did not feel like a number and she focused on making sure my problem was addressed. Also, my ticket spanned a few days and she maintained my ticket rather than passing me through to other agents which is my normal experience with tech help desks. The continuity totally changes the experience, so good for LearnDash (or whoever is running Helpdesk) for making that the policy. It is a refreshing change. Thank you Ellie!

LearnDash helped me tune the user experience for the 7fold Academy with patience, kindness, and openness to my vision. They were great working with staging environments to avoid any disruption of service for the live site, and were very open with the exact steps for me to take corrective action so I can manage my site confidently moving forward without creating any customer support codependency. They have a fantastic LMS. I especially love the reusable lessons and topics to ease maintaining training content shared across multiple programs. Highly recommend not only for the plugin functionality but also the amazing customer support.

LearnDash has powered my site for 2 yrs without issue. When a freelance designer crashed the site LD support had the site fully restored from a cloud backup with amazing speed. Tarun provided stellar support. Can't imagine how support could get better. Thank you LD Team.
