Took money without even doing a phone call and I can't get anyone to refund it.

First never asked for profile number and checked with state, no certificate. Tried calling, high volume. No speaking with rep. Tried to chat, no chat button at bottom of page. Called again charged again. $179. Finally certified and now trying to get money back from first visit that got no certificate. Would try someone else for better results.

My doctor missed my first appointment and I had to keep texting, emailing, and calling. I was able to get an appointment the next day and the doctor was still late by 40 minutes to my appointment. It was very frustrating.

Don't use leafy doc they take forever and once you pay the 99 bucks, two weeks later when you finally receive a letter and it's a paper saying you need to go register with the state and then they charge you more money. Scam.

They were supposed to call at 6pm. I got a 10 minute reminder, and was told to expect a wait of up to 30-60 minutes. No biggie. But its nearly two hours later and I have not gotten a call or an updated time frame. Worried this is a scam :(

I ordered my card. I got a message to put my credit card information online before the doctor would call. I essentially got scammed out of $375. I called the website several times, no answer each time. Got sent to a “high call volume” automated message. I called my bank, there was nothing they could do. I also called the Pennsylvania Department of Health. They could also not figure out why I was charged that much. Hopefully I at least receive my $400 piece of plastic card.

It's important to distinguish between our fee and that of the state, which is an independent fee from ours. Could it be that the problem with the extra charge was made through the state and not with us?
