Problem resolved
There was an issue at first and I got suspicious when the billing was from a different name, but I finally got my certification. Thank you for fixing the complication!

Went incredibly well
Went incredibly well, I also took it upon myself to supply a medication list from my doctor to support my claims ahead of time and I think that helped make it a very quick and easy process!

Leafy Doc To The Rescue
I had not received my card for weeks. The problem was with my local govt office. I notified Leafy Doc and they cleared up the issue immediately.
