Even though I did not know how much of the stair case it would use, I recognize it is for safety. It was installed and working nicely. Sales was good, installer was excellent. Reviews all safety aspects, care, etc.

It was a good experience from the get-go. The person who came to do the estimate was very thorough, explained what would be done, and gave me the estimate. The folks who came to do the job were very pleasant and worked quickly. They were working against a timeline because a storm was headed this way. They finished just as it hit.

Presentation was detailed with examples of products to choose from and was not high pressure. Shower install was completed in six hours. The two installers were very organized and finished product was exactly as ordered and work was very neat and clean. Detailed measurements were taken prior to installation. I would highly recommend Leaf Home Safety Solutions.

They finally fixed my walk-in shower, so it doesn't leak water on the floor. I am so appreciative for that! Now, if they would put the trim down along the bottom of my shower (like the installation man said), where there is too much caulking, I would be truly grateful!

VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS With The process to convert our dangerous bathtub to a shower was amazing. From initial phone contact to in-house presentation to the one-day installation the experience was very positive. Our bathroom looks beautiful and we have the peace of mind that the shower is safer for ourselves and our guests.I would recommend them to my friends.

Leaf Home Safety Solutions responded to our call for a Chair Lift we needed installed in our new home. Their representative was professional, mature and excellent in demonstrating our choices, providing information making our selection easy and comfortable. He was not pushy, nor influenced by his front office, and respected our intelligence, and time. The installer, who arrived within a week, was a highly experienced independent contractor (accomplishing 33 of these installs before ours), who quickly put us at ease. The installation and clean up was perfect - living up to all our expectations.
