Shower is in. Job could have been done better. Shower head was cheap. Pipe attached in wall was cheap. Water pressure was low. Home depot I purchased another Shower head $65.00.. Works perfect now. I am the only one at home. There was no other faucets on. Attachment to keep door closed front to Shower faucet is upside-down. Back door to enter would not close all the way. I fixed it. Shower door slanted down. Asked installer to place caulk around inside bottom of Shower. Walls did not touch base. One side was uneven. Apparently a sharpie was used for marking. Not good. Sharpies are hard to remove. Looked great in the beginning, but I noticed defects when I used the Shower. For the amount of money paid I expected better quality of work.

After 10 days I still have not received a copy of the warranty and the care instructions! Also, the installer left two gouges in the drywall and an uncaulked arwa. Promised us he would come back this week, but didn’t happen. Not a happy camper! Finally-----after 3 weeks the problem has been taken care of. The whole experience has taught me a lesson on what to expect when remodeling. There is a thick layer of white dust over everything in the house. If I had known this might happen, I would have prepared for it. Overall, the shower looks very nice and is working beautifully. I think my biggest concern was the scheduling--first one day, then the next, then the next week, then the next week. The installer was subcontracted and he was too cheap to hire help, so it took him 19 hours to install. He was here until 8:30 the second day. And then were told we couldn't use it for 24 hours.

Still nothing but silence after asking when they are coming to install the grab handle that I am owed and have a copy of the work order for it to be done. I have been given conflicting stories about this but they now won't return my email for scheduling. I don't trust them and feel certain I have been conned

The installation looks like an amateur installed it. There were initial drainage issues but after multiple complaints, the plumber finally fixed that, the shower door doesn’t closed properly, they didn’t clean the basin after the install, the caulking looks horrible and my contract was for 4 shelves only 2 were installed; one of the panels looks damaged to me but the sub-contractor says it’s glue from the covering, which isn’t coming off. This experience has not been a good one and I’m still waiting for the door to be fixed. I would not recommend this service to anyone I know based on my experience.

Installation of Stairlift was done professionally. However, I have been in contact w/Malissa Newman regarding the following issues that need to be resolved. To: Newman, Malissa Subject: Re: Letter from Customer HCIN01237 OCHSNER Malissa, I was provided a Straight Stair Lift Measure & Order Form and Custom Remodeling Agreement . The Custom Remodeling Agreement merely lists a purchase price with no reference to what I purchased. Pinnacle Stair Lift SL 300 does not appear anywhere on this document. How can this possibly be an agreement? There is no reference to item purchased, package price, and what the package includes. You say I signed for a contract price but the contract does not list what I contracted for so how can this be a valid contract? With regard to warranty Tony talked about other companies charging an annual fee for maintenance and that your company does not do that. Now I'm reading on the warranty about $150 destination charge. This was never mentioned. Also on the order form it specifically says "comes w/backup battery" which I never received. My expectations are for Leaf Home Safety Solutions to provide the documentation requested above, remove the $150 destination charge if service is needed and provide backup battery. Poor workmanship.

I was not given my warrantee and care information. I also was not given a receipt. I was told it was mailed two weeks ago however, I have not received it. My check has been cashed, therefore I am paid in full.

Workmanship was less than perfect. I now have a pocket door that opens only halfway, glue on the floor, broken drywall and molding. A single strip of plastic was used to “hide” the broken drywall on one side of shower opening, nothing to match on opposite side. Installers left without telling me of any of this. I have made four calls for a fix. On one call I was actually told, “oh we were there several days ago and took care of everything”! NO, no one has ever returned. I was promised twice this past Friday a call would be returned, NO CALL RECEIVED. I’m very disappointed. The shower was installed for my mother in her home. My wife and I was considering having the upgrade shower put in our condo, that won’t happen now! Typical we’ve got your money now go away!
