The installer had personal problems and the 2 day install took 6 days. He then installed the drain wrong and didn’t seal correctly and shower leaked into neighbors garage and home. If not for Scott the whole thing was a disaster. He came in and help repair .

Took longer than told, worker did not show up todays and took 6 days to complete. The workers were sud contacted, I was lead to believe they were your employees. I had to Derrick them what to do. They framed over Alf wall and insulation, that was all moldy. The main man was always gone getting parts and it was just his helper. They did not do any protection, so my house go very dusty. He wiped everything it the basement down. But house was still dirty. May cleaning lady chafed me $120 extra to clean the house. I signed off on the project to get ride off him. He said he left me a tub off caulking so I could do though up. The tub was 90 % empty. I called the salesman and he did not have the curtsy to call me back. I

The shower drain was installed 1/4 inch above the bottom of the shower. The caulking on one end is crumbling. The caulking on the other end is coming loose. I have contacted the project manager several times. Kelvin Lambert. He promised to call on Monday to schedule an appointment to rectify the situation. I waited all day yesterday for his call. I texted him at the end of the day to remind him. I waited all day today. No response. I am very unhappy with his attention to this problem. It seems like I will have to hire someone else to do the work and send you the bill.

the instillation was only supposed to take a day, He showed up at 11am the first day. Pulled the walk-in tub and started to roll it through the house "end over end" putting a hole in the linoleum in the bathroom. My 69-year-old sister had to help carry it out to keep from damaging any more through the living room. Then he broke a water line flooding the bathroom and soaking the hall carpet. he then went home at 1:45 pm. Came at 10:45 the next day and finished at 7. when he left there was drywall dust over floor and bathroom counter and the carpet was filthy from the flooding. The teak seat is leaving a brown stain in the bottom of the shower every time it's used. seems a little overpriced for what we ended up with.

Constant delays on start time of project. Never got a "heads up" call from the company advising us of a change in the star date. Had to constantly call & inquire as to when the project would begin. Very low flow from shower head. Was not advised that the shower head had a govenor on it. Also the floor is very slippery. We feel we were overcharged on the one grab bar that was installed. We had originally requested two. Still feel the price was too high for the products installed.

The installation went fine. Unfortunately, we suffered a three-week delay because they order the incorrect wall covering material - a quality control issue on their end. The design boasts of a "seat warmer" which would be a great feature if it actually heated the seat. The heater consists of two half dollar size areas on the back of the seat that serve no purpose. When you lean back in the seat, the first thing you hit is the water jets - not the plastic seatback. My last complaint would be the fill rate we were told versus the actual fill rate. We were told it would take about five minutes to fill. Fill rate is a big deal when you are naked sitting on cold plastic seat with a non-functioning heat warmer! It actually takes 13 minutes to fill, and the salesman confirmed that our water pressure is normal. All in all, these tubs are pretty pricey investments to have things go wrong and to live with "design features" that are "design failures". Remember, you can't test drive these tubs, so don't be shy to ask lots of questions.

The shower was supposed to be set lower than the existing tile floor as was specified, as the tile floor is to be removed. Instead, they set the shower at a higher level. Also put in the wrong shelves, not the ones specified and left a mess. Did nothing to contain dust and it wound up everywhere.
