Great job, was quick and convenient. However, installer did not bring shower chair to install. No one will return my calls regarding getting to chair that I paid for.

Sales said we would have installation before Thanksgiving, but it was installed after new years. We were sold a Door - but it was not available and the replacement was much more than the allowance we were given. Installation was excellent adn quality products - so far. Sales was poor on their promise.

I like my new walk-in shower really well. However, the one of the sliding glass doors does not work properly. It sticks, and I don't want to try to force it to slide in the track because I don't want to break the door or glass. in working to resolve this problem, a small screw sell out of the upper bar that holds the doors in place. I could not even tell where it should go. From the beginning, my cleaning lady who does lots of upscale houses in my city, first called this to my attention within a week of its installation. I need for a technician to come out to correct this problem ASAP. Thank you for your consideration.

Other than I thought the installers were coming on the 27th of December and they didn’t come until the 28th, they were very prompt and courteous. It took him 3 days to finish it but it was worth it! The young man that did the most of the installation was very good at his job and very knowledgeable. I am very pleased with my shower and I only wish I had done it sooner. Thank you, Leaf Home! The process was standard. The representative that gave us the initial presentation was stellar. The company was slightly backed up with installations but did give us a fairly accurate window of installation. The installer that performed the service was also stellar. Both representatives that we engaged with in person were very professional. I would recommend Leaf Home safety Solutions for any of your bathroom remodel projects.

This 4 star rating is based mainly on the installation performed. The installer Matthew did a great job. The representative that came for a final review of the contract was great explaining all the details. We are very disappointed in the information given to us by Tabitha, the salesperson. One of her selling points for us was the financial assistance ($2000-$6000) available from the Veteran Administration. She said she works with the VA all the time, gave us a form to complete. However, we discovered her knowledge of the process was lacking and not quite as she had indicated. Although we are happy with our shower, we may have made a different decision with accurate information on the VA process. A month has passed since the work was completed without a follow up call from her. We talked about having your company upgrade our other bathroom but now don't feel comfortable accepting the details we discussed.
