Quick, simple installation. Installer friendly but pants too low or loose, so we could see underwear. Been installed for 3 weeks and only issue is side handle to swivel chair catches against plastic shield around equipment under seat.

The job had to be re done, but because the second contractor Antonio Bell was so excellent is the Only reason the experience got a 4 out of 5 he made up for the other experience that have given Leaf home solutions a zero instead of a 4

Shower is nice! Unfortunately the water pressure is not great. Use to have great pressure. Only other complaint is that the shelf they told me would be at shoulder height. That would be correct if I was 6' 2" instead of 5' 4". Donna Peterson

I was not able to give you a 5/5 because I am not pleased with the salesmans tactics. He assured me that install would be one day/one person. Actually it required 2 full days and 2 men. My husband had to miss 2 days work instead of one. I will give the 2 installers a 5/5. They were on time, polite and professional. My only issue was that they did not have ID, nor did the salesman. In this day and age I would think this is paramount especially since your company deals mostly with senior citizens. The installers were Caleb and Chris. So far the only thing about the shower itself I do not like is the shower head. I would've liked one that enabled me to turn the water on/off. It is not safe for me to have to stand up from the seat with the water flowing and reach out to hang it up and I can't just let it hang. I also called about a week or so after the install and requested a copy of the form that Caleb and I both signed be emailed to me. So far I am still waiting.

I am very pleased with the proficiency of the installers. They were thorough and I love my new walk in shower. I did find 3 scratches 2 in the back wall and one in the lip in the front so that is why I am giving only 4 stars.

The guys did a great job. They came on time and worked till our bathroom was finished. There was only one glitch which they came and fixed promptly.
