When the caulking was applied to the top of the shower walls. He did not remove the excess caulking from the ceiling. Now the paint will not cover those areas. Also he did not resecure the toilet to the floor after removing it to put the floor in. If the rusted bolts were a problem securing it then he should have told me.

I am happy with the install aside from a couple of small issues they are coming out to fix.

Was very fast install. Corners were cut literally making it another job to re-caulk. The seams don’t even match up and the base to our shower is flimsy. Not worth almost 12k.

Overall I’m happy with the results. They started on time but it took 3 very long days to complete. The first day worked till 7, second day till 9:30 and last day till 10:30. I wasn’t thrilled with that at all but wanted the job done as soon as possible. Should have had a second worker here to help. My biggest complaint is how much dust and dirt spread throughout the house during demo (should control that better) took 2 days to clean. My second biggest complaint is that nobody from Leaf Safety never checked in during the project and up until I just received this review I still haven’t heard from them and it’s been 1.5 weeks since completion. If they truly cared about my satisfaction then why wouldn’t you reach out? The big picture of job I’m happy but work on customer service!

They were kind courteous friendly and professional. They did what they said they were going to do in a timely manner. The answered all of my questions and addressed all my concerns right away.

For future jobs, need to be able to cover things better , way too much dust, should put wood behind structure in case customer wants bar in different place, like on main back wall , this would also make job stronger Danny P. Simms

Overall we were happy with our shower replacement. (I still feel that it probably cost more than I would have liked.) Our install required a custom sized shower base which took several weeks to arrive but we were told that ahead of time, so no complaint. The installer was quick, professional and clean, no complaint. Getting ahold of the office to schedule the installation was very frustrating, leave a voicemail and then wait and wait. That should be improved and is our only complaint.

Sales was professional and had great suggestions. Took a bit to get on schedule but that's to be expected. You hear advertisements for "one day install" but ours took two. We have no problems with this. Better to take their time and have it done right. We love our shower and would definitely recommend Leaf. Nicely done.
