I did not like selecting a star for satisfaction cause there is a flaw in materiel upon installation and I’m waiting for correction….so far everyone has been professional…friendly….end product is great just waiting for issues to be corrected

Sales person was friendly and he spent 2 hours with us picking out materials for our bathroom shower. Measuring was done several days later and we were told installation would take 1 day. 1st installer came out, found out this was his 1st shower job and he stated he couldn't do the job after 4 hours of Youtube video's trying to figure it out. I did like that he finally stated he was not comfortable doing the job and didn't tear up our bathroom and leave it. The company was contacted and they sent a seasoned installer out the next day. The Shower install lasted 2 days and turned out beautiful.

The installers were great, I would rate them 4-5 stars. What disturbs me is that going from a tub/shower combo to a walk-in shower with a door,I wish I was told the following: 1.) I would be standing on the sloping side of the floor drain instead of the more level opposite side. This is uncomfortable when showering. 2.) Having the entry door on the shower head side is inconvenient when entering the shower. The water temp of the shower needs to be good before entering, plus you get immediately showered with water instead of gradually being able to enter the falling water. You, being the expert on these designs and installation, should have recognized that up front and we could have changed the shower head location to the opposite side. That would solve the inconvenient entry and standing on the most sloped part of the floor.

Love the finished shower, but it took 30 days to complete. Did have damage done, Leaf Home (Chase) said we would need to talk with the salesman. Salesman said because we financed the project there is nothing can be. Will not use Leaf Home again.

I tried to do business with this company but decided against it due to the way they price projects. The representative that came was polite and friendly. However he tried to give me that "this price is only good for today" bit. About an hour after he left his supervisor contacted me and lowered the price by around $4000.00. In my opinion they tried to take advantage of me the first time. Then he gave me a time limit to accept the offer. Not once did he try to contac me to ask me for my business. This drew a red flag because if they treat you this way before the deal, how will they respond to you if you have aproblem with the work they perform. I gave my business to another reputable dealer.

My walk in tub was installed improperly. The drain was connected to the washing machine drain so over time it took longer and longer to drain up to 10 minutes. I didn’t get full choice of sizes available,as I am 6’4”,290 lbs the biggest size would have been better for me. The ledge on the backside of tub was not installed correctly,water kept accumulating as it slanted away from tub. It took several calls to get someone to come out and deal with the problem. You sent someone that saw the problems and could fix them. It took 4 plus hours but it was well. I don’t use the tub often as the width is not comfortable . I mostly take a shower. In hindsight I would have gotten the bigger size, I would have paid for it,paid cash for this one. I would have gotten a custom shower instead of the tub. I mostly shower.

Took four days didn't have all I paid for had to keep calling to get it done didn't come on the day they said just a mess but after that job was done good

the grab bar was installed in the wrong place ,the shower head was leaking until it was replaced never have an inspector to check the job
