The installation was done in one day. I would suggest though that someone from the company return to worksite several days after completion of the work and inquire about any questions or problems concerning the work. We may have a small problem but will report it and hope it will be corrected promptly.

was not a great experience to begin with. Started out very rocky. The second contractor was more experienced and knew who to fix problems more efficiently. In the end, our bathroom is usable. However, we still have adjacent walls that need repair from the first contractor.

Workers did a fantastic job of keeping area clean every day they were here. Reason I did not give 5 stars is because had 2 workers they were never on time It took 4 days should've been a day and half job

The sales person/solicitor was friendly and polite which goes with the territory. The men that did the actual work were diligent about getting the job completed although they had a number of unforseen obstacles to overcome. The shower is really nice and a huge upgrade from my old tub/shower combo. As stated previously, the workers did an excellent job in overcoming some serious issues. The registration process is less than inspiring. Since I received a text with a job number (which is different from the job number on the warranty packet) requesting that I register the work but I was unable to do so. It appears that neither number allows me to register online so i tried using the toll free number provided. That number is actually a call center where no one knows anything about the work whether started, in process or completed (operator offered me a free inspection/estimate if I qualified for the job). You have to be routed to another department for service personnel. It's already been a long day and further disappointment only worsens my mood so maybe I'll try again tomorrow!
