Excellent customer service. In real time and they send videos to help with your specific problem. They could have more variety for the types of webinar templates I needed, thank you pages, upsell from lead magnet to webinar etc...but a good place to start with good support.

When I have a problem I get rapid feedback -this is great. I love the videos the support team delivers each time - so wunderful and clear! The reason why there are 4 stars and not 5 are the integration settings with my Email provider Klick Tipp, which is a little hard to do and unfortunately not so good automatized as the english speaking ones:

It's an amazing platform with amazing features. It's just complicated to use and requires hiring an expert or hours of learning to use. I designed my pages but got stuck on connecting everything to Drip and Shopify, Pixels and all that. Its a little expensive for my needs as I only need one landing page so maybe different price points on what you need might be good. I asked support to give me a referral for experts to hire to implement the technical things and none of the experts emails went through. I will have to look at storetasker or upwork to finish setting up.

Hey Tabytha, Thank you for your kind words about our platform and features! Step up can certainly be a bit more involved when using several different platforms together. While Leadpages does not create or set up content for our members currently, instead providing the tools so that our members can create their own content, if you have any questions as you’re working through things definitely reach out with our support team. If you would like to have someone create content for you, our Leadpages Facebook Group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/leadpages) may also be another great resource to reach out in! As far as pricing, definitely reach out with our support team to have them evaluate your account to see if there’s a different subscription level we currently offer that best fits your current needs. Thanks for being an awesome part of this team and advocate, Tabitha! Our Best, The Leadpages Team
