The transfer time seamed rather long I hope when I need money to go to my external account it doesn't take quite as long. Interest rate is what I was going for

I always do my banking online and love to use banking phone app, but the app is not so good.

Laurel road is great. Love the checking and savings accounts. App easy to use. Refinanced student loans with incredible rate. My one issue is that I can’t use it with 3rd party apps like YNAB and EveryDollar. I did finally get YNAB to work recently but it’s inconsistent and involves a difficult login procedure each time you want to get transactions. EveryDollar won’t connect at all and they say it is Laurel Roads issue. I really want to switch to EveryDollar this year since it’s cheaper.

Only issue was setting up the auto payment but other than that super easy site to use.

Great on-boarding process and customer service. I would suggest that customers at least have 1 phone call or meeting with an underwriter to ask any questions they may have.
