Shipping experience is absolutely horrendous!!! Buy it somewhere else!!! Bought it 7 Jan 2024 ago and still hasn't shipped. I have been contacting by email but only get a simple reply and no actual action. It can be said to be a catastrophic experience.

BE ADVISED! Under no circumstances should you buy products from this seller or trust the positive ChatGPT-generated reviews. The seller is a shameless fraudster who does not fulfill their obligations. I placed an order on 15/12/24. However, even now, nearly two months later, I have not received the product or any updates on its delivery. According to the seller, the package allegedly left China on 31/12/24, but since then, there has been no further information. The only responses I receive to my complaints are the seller’s refusal to take responsibility and their attempts to shift the blame onto courier and customs services. That being said, I have never encountered similar issues with other Chinese sellers—orders have always arrived within 10-15 days, and local customs processing usually takes no more than a few hours. Although I regularly receive responses from this seller’s support team, they provide no useful information. Most of the products listed on this seller’s website are made in China, therefore instead of risking your time, money, and patience, I recommend finding similar items on AliExpress, where many manufacturers have official stores. At this point, I have lost hope of receiving my order and have contacted my bank to explore the possibility of canceling the transaction and getting a refund.

Apparently I bought a product from AliExpress that costs less than 10$ for 60$ from them. Poor quality late arrival, , on top of it I had to pay customs.

Online purchasing experience is good, but shipping experience is absolutely horrendous. Do yourself a favor and purchase elsewhere if you want to get your order in under 4-6 weeks. Purchased three weeks ago and still hasn’t even shipped.

Took a week to 10days to get a shipping email with tracking number only to discover its shipping from mainland China. This practice of not divulging these extended shipping times of three weeks or more from payment has got to stop. We live in a two-days-to-my-doorstep world. Any company that can’t deliver on that doesn’t get my business. And this company is not a deep discount seller. I expected much more.

My order last for +1 month to get, apparently they are shipping from China thru USPS. Once I made the claim my only option was to wait for the product then to send them back at my cost, my opinion is that this company is doing a great job on social network with no so efficient or controlled fulfillment system.

Absolutely trash experience. Purchasing was fine, but had to wait nearly a month to get my merchandise. Okay, fine. Once I received it, half my order was wrong or didn't match the descriptions on the website. I reached out to them and they fed me some half-baked excuse, and when I asked to return the items, they refused to pay return shipping. I checked and cost of shipping to China (where the company is located) and it is $80!! Absolutely not worth a return. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company to get my $200 back.
