Landmark/loanshark
I would recommend a loanshark or payday loan store before Landmark credit union. Zero stars for Landmark!

Sadly very disappointed
Sadly very disappointed. I have been using Landmark since I opened my checking account 12 years ago. I filed my first ever dispute for $225 and they denied me due to "lack of evidence" yet I gave them everything they asked for and some. I was scammed and I thought they would have my back, as I have never lost a dispute on my credit cards either. Very disappointing and will be moving my money elsewhere because of this.

Bad experience
Just new to this and the customer service is rude. It might been a long day for her but she keeps on sighing when I am talking to her. If I would only know then I won’t ask them. App is so complicated too! If I only have a choice to choose then I definitely won’t choose this.

Very inefficient
Very inefficient. Almost goverment office standard. Probably worse. Do not care for customers but care for their egos. Stay away!
