The respect and consideration they showed as they came to pick up our loved one, they gave us private time to say goodbye. They are thoughtful and considerate in keeping us informed during the process.

Kramer has been very easy to work with. The staff that I have encountered have all been professional, kind and very generous with their time and knowledge. I stronglt recommend them. Price for a driect cremation is very, very good.

Kramer meet all my needs for dealing with the sudden passing of my mother. Everything is easily handled over the phone, thru emails and texts. I was kept updated throughout the whole process and my Mom's urn was ready for me to come pick up when they notified me. Simplicity and service was excellent.
