Good customer support

Product was intuitive and easy to install. Documentation was sufficient to get me through the tricky parts.

Nate is very passionate about supporting his customers and is very active on the community forums. The products are great, I'm using multiple Konnected products and have no issues. They are well priced and well supported. Businesses and people like Nate need to be supported to ensure they continue to deliver great products and services.

They had a replacement board and shipped it quickly. However, this is the second board that failed. So 2 stars for that.

Konnected.io is a game-changer! I turned my old wired alarm into a smart home security system that works perfectly with SmartThings and Home Assistant. Easy install, great support, and now I get modern automation without paying for an expensive new system.
