I own a restaurant in Singapore and klarko's lamps are always used for our night time dining. Never had an issue with charging, the light quality, and the battery duration. Would highly recommend.

I give brutal reviews but I see no chinks in the armor of Klarko. Well-designed lights & customer experience. The only hiccups was an issue at customs that was quickly resolved P.S. supply your phone number at purchase!

Thoughtuflly designed, securely pacakaged. Responsive customer service care. My 4-year old damaged my light and they sent a replacement. Lovely family working behind the scenes

Brought 10 wireless bottle lamps and all arrived in perfect condition. 1 weed shipping time. One busted and they gave me a replacement as it was in the 90 day window. Great company, can't complain

Bought five of these lamps, one did not work. Klarako customer service responded promptly and a replacement lamp was sent IMMEDIATELY. These lamps are very nice, and are aesthetically pleasing. Very nice!!

Hi there, For any lamp that does not work within a 90-day period we offer a refund or replacement. But for your current name, we have nobody in our system. Your address also does not match anyone in our system

The customer service detail on answering questions and concerns is what I valued most. Has not been the case with 4 businesses i've bought frm via Facebook. I made a large order of 16 lamps for my bar and all came with the exact requirements I had specified as well as shipped in a timely manner. I'm impressed

Thank you for the kind review Bethany and such a large order. We received your order and wanted to make sure we provided the best service for your establishment. Feel free to send us photos of your bar when the lights are all up and running!

Had a light not work upon arrival and was express shipped a new lamp free of charge. I'm pleased with how they handled that situation and both lights have been working for the past 4 months

Hi Fan - thank you for this review. We offer replacements for all lights that are defective and we want to make sure every customer ends up with a lamp that works just as they intended it for.

One of my lamps came with a small scratch. I'm not sure if this was due to Klarako's packaging or SIngapore's delaying of packages (i've recieved damaged items in the past from Singapore customs). Either way, I expressed my concern and Klarako refunded me.

We try to be fair and considerate with every order, even if its sometimes not our fault. Thanks for taking the time to publicize this situation, even though it was not at our request. We hope to see you again as a customer Brandon :)
