Very professional and patient. Explaining everything carefully. I am still nervous as i have not had to deal with this type of situation before, however I know it is my own fault too. So hopefully i will grow and learn from it.

What made the experience GREAT for me was JOEL MOUTRAY. I was so incredibly nervous and a bit discombobulated.
