Placed an order for 4 pieces of jewelry, received them four days later and they are all great, in look and quality alike. Accidentally I ordered the ring in the wrong size though, so I got in touch with their customer service. They answered just a few hours later on a Sunday and after some back and forth I knew exactly what to do and got send a new ring in the right size just for shipping costs. Very great and helpful service and very customer oriented methods.

My boyfriend gifted me a pair of earrings from the brand which I didn't know. I love them!! And I get always compliments!! I then discovered all their products and went crazy! I had size issue on a ring matching the earrings and the customer service was super nice and returns were smooth. I ordered other earrings as everyone noticed my first ones! The necklace that I ordered for my daughter-in-law for her birthday is amazing, it got here and perfect timing. THe design is very intricate, it is subtle and very well made. I got several compliments on it.
