I recently purchased a key from this site. I purchased a key for Windows 11 home edition not realizing I had Windows 11 Pro. I reached out to customer service and offered to pay the difference to upgrade my key to a pro key. They just went ahead and took care of me. They even did it on Christmas Day. Will definitely buy all my keys from them in the future.
