The wetsuit I wanted was not in stock. The owner was aware of my time constraints and because of her knowledge and experience ended up sending a wetsuit that was even better for me that the one I wanted, and fit me well for my unique body shape. Without her personal assistance I would have surely purchased the wrong size suit. I'm glad I had an experienced person lead me through the process that also cared about my timeline. All communication was quick and responsive, including a return call during her family sporting event. The entire interaction was more than professional and quite impressive.

Had a little issue with my wetsuit when it arrived , it wasn't the one I had ordered, I contacted customer service and didn't hesitate in fixing it the mistake. They made sure with y'all doubt I was taken care of, I would definitely recommend them to anyone for the customer service alone.
