A piece of our trampoline broke two years into our 10 year warranty. I called customer service and replacement parts were shipped & arrived extremely quickly (at no cost, of course). Very friendly & helpful folks!

Jumpflex comes through again! Their SmartShade was easy to order and a good value for us; it came quickly and was easy to install on the trampoline.

Easy to order and fast delivery. Fairly easy to assemble..took two men 3 hours. Hardest part was the safety netting. Grandchildren LOVE it!!!

We couldn’t be happier with our Jumpflex trampoline or the customer service we received. The Velcro straps that go around the top for the safety net started got really brittle and dry rotted from the sun after 1 summer. We contacted customer support, they were very quick to respond and got us a replacement at no charge and it was on our door step in just a couple of days. So glad I went with Jumpflex. Our kids pretty much live on the trampoline, it’s their favorite outdoor thing to play on.

I am so happy we chose Jumpflex. We live where the sun beats down on our tramp and unfortunately the net started to rot above the zipper and come apart, no problem. I called and had a new one sent in a week no questions asked!!! I feel safer knowing the new net is in place for my kids!

Had an issue with our 12' trampoline's frame. Called to find out what was the warranty for this issue. Sent a few photo's of the damage. Within a few hours they resolved my issue without Any hesitation. This is one of the Few companies that stand behind their product 100%. Great trampoline, heavy duty and good jumping, well made connectors with release pins to make disassembly easy. Safety net and ladder work really well too.
