Seamless, stress-free and their customer service is of high quality. Zipper broke on net, took a picture and sent it to Jumplex, they immediately shipped us a new "net safety cover". They are trustworthy and respectful.

We love our Jumpflex Trampoline! Our boys have enjoyed it nearly every day since we got it. Our youngest has slept so much better since he's been able to exercise his legs, and Mommy and Daddy have slept so much better too! My only regret is that we didn't buy it sooner!

I thought the net, zipper and plastic spacer washers would be more durable. Otherwise the frame and bounce deck seem pretty strong, our kids love the tramp and your customer service is awesome!! I would recommend Jumpflex!!

Got it during the pandemic! All tramps were selling out everywhere. Came fast, set up fast. Superb quality. Our 5 kids including all the neighbor kids have accessed it. Held up fantastic over the last several years. No sign of wear and tear, we live in harsh climates. Snow and extreme heat and hold up perfectly. Good investment.

Why buy jumpflex? Product is top notch, customer service was professional, quick and detailed. When you have a superior product that sells itself and add customer service, it makes buying direct (not through Amazon) all the better. Took 1.5 hrs of ease to put together the 14' tramp.
