Very pleased with my order and delivery. My order was processed on Aug. 4th. Filled and shipped on Aug. 5th and I received it today, Aug. 7th. The packaging was awesome and it arrived cold. I will definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you so much!

I just ordered for the first time from Pomegranate on Saturday. By Thursday my order arrived, ice cold! The back and forth and attentive communication with customer support has been amazing and quick! Highly recommend!

I've placed at least 5 orders with Pomegranate since I started with them in July 2025, and have had nothing but good and timely service. I've not had delivery delays, have been able to make cancelations when needed, and have received responses to inquiries.

The response time to my questions in the portal, and the customer care, went beyond my expectations. I had an easy first experience with purchasing, and then an issue arose on my second experience, but the customer service was great at responding and helping fix the issue.

Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Pomegranate Health! My second order arrived, and once again the entire process was smooth, easy, and completely hassle-free. No complications at all—everything went exactly as it should. I also have to give a special shoutout to their customer service team. Every time I've reached out, they've been friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Great customer service makes all the difference, and they definitely deliver! Thank you, Pom, for making the entire experience so seamless. Looking forward to my next order!

My experience with Pomegranate is A+. They have spelled out their process and followed through at every level. Their customer service was QUICK to respond and correct a slight issue I had. I actually expected customer service to be much less responsive (like TrimRX) but was I was WRONG. They were quick, efficient and followed up after the fact to confirm that I was satisfied with how they handled my issue. I'm sold! I purchased Sermorelin this time but will direct ALL my future Tirzepatide orders through Pomegranate and I expect I'll be a Tirzepatide Lifer.

I chose to join Pomegranate Health because of their promotion I seen on reddit r/pomhealth. The service was great and my shipment came in just a few days. Really great prices on sale of BPI. I will definitely be a long time customer and fan!! Also the new portal is really easy to navigate. Thanks POM

I just wanted to say how impressed and happy I am with Pomegranate’s service and how quick their process is! I ordered my two 68 mg vials Sunday 7/26 as a new customer to the provider, had my asynchronous visit Monday 7/27, received a notification around 7:30 this morning (7/28) that my prescription was being filled, and just received a notification at 8:30pm that my prescription was shipped and will be here Thursday, 7/30!! That’s an INCREDIBLY fast turnaround and very impressive!! Being new to compound tirz and starting with gimme care, I expected a longer wait time. I like gimme as well, but this was a vastly different experience than dealing with Boudreaux’s long turnaround lol. I’ll definitely continue to use both services moving forward, but it’s great to see such quick service in a sea of delays. Thank you, pomegranate!
