I’ve used JoinPolly for over a year. My medication has always been shipped on time, delivered cold, and effective! Even when our local temperature has been over 100 degrees. I’ve had to postpone my order twice and requested a refund once. The customer service has been excellent each time I’ve needed them.

I just spoke with a team member named Jesse, best experience I’ve had with any online consultant. He was pleasant, and boy was he Swift at taking care of my concerns. He went above and beyond and handled everything himself right in the moment, it really put me at ease. I’ve had some real issues with the company I was with the last few months, and never expected this kind of customer service! I’m happy to be joining Polly! ❤️

You can trust the quality of care and help throughout your process from start to finish. Of course most importantly in their products. With so many different options out there now a days its hard to know who to choose or even trust for that matter. This is your health and we all want the best.
