Experience started off great my first month until some hiccups and misunderstandings happened my second month. Luckily I nipped it all in the butt before I had a missing dose or something of the sort. My issue is seeming to be resolved which makes me happy but other than that when I signed up I felt very comfortable and all of my questions were answered promptly. So far I do enjoy levity and would recommend to a friend.

So far the levity company has been fine but I still have no tracking number for my medication. I came from another provider and am past due for my medication and it has been over a week and it says 3-5 days. I wasn’t prepared for it to take as long. I’m still happy with the prices and customer service but the pharmacy is lagging a bit.

The first week I’ve lost no weight. I’ve done low impact workouts. I have noticed food taste different. I’m not craving sugar as much so those are all positives. However, looking over the different programs out there, your program is extremely expensive versus $149 a month is much more? Why is so expensive versus the other brands? An example RO Is $149 a month and is a reputable company. I’m a little frustrated with that pricing gap.

It was easy to fill out the questionnaire. I was able to upload recent bloodwork as well. I started Saturday, today is Monday and I’m down 7lbs already.

It was an easy process to obtain the script/medication. The only complaint I have is that once the medication was approved it took a very long time to receive it. I hope that there isn't a delay like that on my second shipment or I will be without medication for over 1 week.
