Despite advertising a compound which included B12 and monthly billing, they changed the product without notice and admitted they charge every 3 weeks. They then canceled my subscription without telling me when I asked questions(my dashboard still showed active) and finally I canceled as they didn’t fix any of the issues. Once canceled which I received email confirmation of they then tried to charge me for another month which thankfully was declined. Also they advertise coaching but when you recieve the invite to schedule there are no available appointments, so again a service advertised as part of the price but that they do not provide. This company is horrible, fraudulent, and I strongly recommend using anyone else to avoid the disaster that is levity.

I've been on this medication for over two months now, and unfortunately, I haven't experienced any weight loss. I've invested a considerable amount of money, and while I understand that everyone's journey is different, it has been frustrating. Many others I know who have taken Semaglutide started at a 1 mg dose, while I was started at 0.5 mg. This makes me feel like I’ve been set back by a month and required an additional $200+ out of pocket. I did thorough research before starting, and while I can’t entirely blame the company—they did provide the medication as prescribed—it does feel like starting at the lower dose might have delayed my progress. After 10 weeks on the medication, my weight hasn’t changed at all. I weigh the same today as I did when I began. While my appetite has decreased and I’ve adjusted my diet to avoid fatty foods due to side effects, I still haven’t lost any weight. I also reached out to customer service with my concerns, but their response was a generic, templated email stating it takes 60–90 days to see results. However, when you look up the medication, it’s common to see claims that people can lose 5% of their body weight within 30 days. Friends of mine have lost over 30 pounds in three months, whereas I’ve lost none. Perhaps my journey is different, or I may need a different type of medication. This is simply my experience so far.

I began my journey with levity on September 23rd. Today is October 4th and I have yet to receive a shipment. I was originally told three to five business days before my medication shipped out, so after day five when I not heard back or received tracking information I followed up with an email as I travel for my job and needed to make sure I would be home to receive the package. Customer service was good, they arranged for my shipment to be sent out on Thursday for a Friday arrival as I would be home that day. When I had not received tracking information by late Thursday afternoon, I sent a follow-up email to see what I could find out. I had not heard back as of late Friday morning so I went ahead and gave a call. The customer service representative was friendly and let me know that a label had indeed been created and my my prescription would be mailed out today for arrival tomorrow(Saturday). I deal quite a bit with FedEx, so I'm aware that standard overnight packages do not deliver on Saturday. It is now 4:30 in the afternoon, meaning the window for overnight delivery has been missed because FedEx still does not have possession of the package. Not only that, standard weekday delivery was requested so I am now once again in a position where this likely is going to arrive when I am not home. I would love to say that this program works or doesn't work, but as it stands today we haven't even been able to dial down accuracy and shipping let alone actually begin the program. Unfortunately, if my prescription doesn't arrive tomorrow and the stability of it is ruined, I will be losing out on quite a bit of money. I've seen a lot of great reviews for levity, so I'm quite disappointed with this experience. To date. I have a lot of concerns additionally because if the first shipment is running into these types of issues, will there be weeks where medication is missed? Because the company failed to ship out? I'm not sure this company is going to be the one for me.

Got started no problem but horrible since. My next dose is due and it’s now 5 days late on shipping. Customer service just keeps telling me that it’s “pending dispatch”. Use any other service.
