I love the medication so far
I love the medication so far, but your website sucks. I cannot see my billing statements. I can’t see an upcoming delivery date. I can’t see what card you have on file. Is there a weight tracker?

Slow Shipping
The questionnaire was easy enough, but I was approved 11 days ago, and still haven't even gotten an email saying the product has been shipped. It's very frustrating.

Still not really losing much
Not really losing much, despite dieting and working out almost every day. Down like 4lbs in 6 weeks. I usually can get that lose if working out and counting calaries without spending 225 a month. I have no had any side effects. Still hungry a lot of the time. I was warned of side effects but honestly I haven’t noticed any.

You all could do much better and I want that for you
I think you could all do better with transparency and communication it is very difficult to contact anyone unless you luck out. If you look in any of the Facebook feeds or anything I'm not the only one experiencing this.. although I'm just 6 weeks in I think you should focus communication on the newbies so that we understand what's happening and are not so dissatisfied.

Shipping was slow and confusing
Shipping was slow and confusing. Said that I was approved and will take 5 days to get. It was actually longer but not terrible. I think if the company would just say you are approved and then give shipping info once it ships, it would save a lot of confusion. Only in week 2. Actually feel a little nauseous and that’s about it. It’s helped some with curbing my appetite but scale says I’ve gained 2 lbs. Too early to tell right now. Will keep trying and see what happens.
