So far, I am very distressed by this company. While they charged my credit card and I got the doc approval, my status has been pending shipment for a week. Despite two emails to customer service, I haven't received any response. Any communication back would be appreciated, but the lack thereof worries me.

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I received medicine but it’s the wrong dosage and I’ve tried writing the doctor and customer support and receive no responses - it’s been a week now. Do not use this company. You will be stuck with no support.

I’ve been with amble for just over a month. They NEVER respond to your messages and they don’t have a phone number listed to call and talk to anyone. My account says my next payment wasn’t due until June and they took $329 out of my bank account on April 22 I’m cancelling my subscription and having all of my referrals cancel as well. With the amount of money I’m paying I should be able to get a response when you take money out of my bank account when you were not authorized to do so!

5/4/25 I have been getting Terzepitide with Amble since December. Everything was running incredibly smooth with them until it wasn’t. I had placed a refill request that was shipped out to me. Problem is it got stuck with UPS on 4/19. I cannot get Amble to respond regarding this. This has caused an interruption in my journey and now I have no medication to take…. And you have to start back at the low does if you miss two weeks. This is very frustrating. They will not respond via the Doctor, Support or via email. I guess I will not be ordering any more from them. My journey ends much too soon. Beyond disappointing.

I paid for 6 months worth then the doctor said I should not be taking this medication, they only sent 3 months worth and I asked for refund for the 3 months I did not receive, NO RESPONSE!!!!! I have emailed!! Messaged!!! Messaged the doctor!!! Now I'm filing a complaint with everyone I can file a complaint with. BBB, Consumer protection office, Federal trade commission, Joint Commission, medical boards, If they take your money and don't give you the product that is a crime!!!! I have not even told the whole story here. I hope those of you that have had the same treatment that I have file complaints. this is the only way Amble will stop ripping their customers off.

Terrible customer service. Super slow to respond if at all. I'm still waiting on a response from a week ago. My second shipment never made it to me and the company hasn't responded. And good luck looking for an option to cancel all subscriptions and delete your account.

As soon as I made the order I messaged them to confirm they actually did ship to Puerto Rico and if they didn't, they could ship to me in the US because I was traveling there anyway. They didnt respond for two weeks, they they didnt ship to PR, but they had already shipped the semaglutide two days before their response. They shipped with the wrong shipping service so my vials arrived 10 days later, unrefrigerated so unusable. They couldve canceled my order or offered me a higher shipping cost to overnight the vials but they just shipped anyway.

I am so disappointed with this sham of a company. I cancelled my monthly services via email like the website says to do and they never replied to me. They continued to take out $224 from my bank account (which was also $45.00 too much because they were charging me for Zofran that they would not even dispense to me). I had to file Fraud charges with my bank and destroy my credit card number, getting a brand new one so they don't continue to charge me. They do not have a viable customer service phone number and they do not even have a street address showing up on Google maps. A simple Google search will show you this. Also, a Google search of Reddit users will also show how many people have been fraudulently charged for something they did not ask for or receive. This company screams scam and I do not recommend them at all. I went with the "cheapest" online telehealth service for a GLP1 and that was a mistake. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Also, they use Revive RX and they were under investigation in 2024 for shipping testosterone instead of a GLP1! I wish I had read all the reviews prior to joining. I will never recommend this company. Buyer beware and do your homework first.
