I have been buying John Medeiros for years. I received my necklace and it appeared there was no stone in the middle of the medallion. I returned to company. Company called me and told me that there is no stone in the middle. But it appeared in picture that there was a stone. So I didn't want it. So there charging me 10% for the return.

Terrible customer service….no one answers at the number that you give for returns, questions etc. I have left multiple messages and asked for a callback but nothing. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

The wrong item was sent. I tried to return but continually got no response to emails and no one ever answered phone or called back after message was left. Very unhappy.

Order a birthday present on 4/6 and still have not received it. Called the company when I ordered and was told 3 days. Birthday is today. Need I say more?

While the jewelry is stunning the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. When they decide to no longer communicate with you, they stop answering emails or returning phone calls. Grace, in particular has a snotty attitude. Too bad because the jewelry is beautiful.

I purchased the footprint in the sand necklace and after a short time it tarnished and the front melted so I took it back to place I purchased and they replaced it and again it happened. I was told to call the company only to be treated rudely and told I did it on purpose. First why would I spend all that money on something that had sentimental meaning to me and ruin it on purpose? I am seeing others have had the same experience and they said u would have to spend almost the full amount if I wanted another. I will never purchase from this company again

Received defective earrings. So far CS has not been easy to contact. Once in contact has not been easy to work with. I will not be purchasing again. Who cares about life time warranty when they don’t stand behind the the product to begin with.
