The Photoshop brushes I bought from Joel are AMAZING !!!! Super easy to use and I did have an issue with delivery to my email and they immediatly fixed the issue and got me my brushes. 5 stars !!!

I have had 2 minor issues over the last 1.5 years. I submitted help tickets and they were quickly resolved. I work with multiple customers myself and know how busy it can get. I very much appreciate just how fast the response and resolutions were.

Initially I was having difficulty loading the Joel Grimes Photoshop Actions. I reached out to the support team in I received an immediate response from Chris. He not only answered my question in simple terms, but also attached all the atn files needed to make the process easy. After that it only took a few seconds to load the actions and they all work beautifully to improve my images.

I’ve purchased a few classes from JoelGrimes.com and I’ve really enjoyed them. Joel’s step-by-step instruction is clear and easy to follow. You can tell he’s truly passionate about teaching photography, and the customer service is excellent.

Took advantage of addition courses by Joel Grimes Photography. During the ordering process I made some user errors and as a result did not take advantage of a loyalty promotion. I immediately contacted customer service and my error was corrected very efficiently by a very helpful and courteous representative. Truly a class operation. Can’t wait to experience all the new photography instruction modules purchased!
