I have the unfortunate job of dealing with apple products and services at work and they are on the whole terrible and overpriced (thank goodness I don't actually have to pay for them!) Android and others are much better, the view that apple is easier to use is a total fallacy and you will find many threads on forums of people scratching their heads how to do very simple things like sync their photos with iCloud, where as google photos "just works".

If you ever dispute something you purchased via itunes, apple will not back you up. In fact they will pasue your account and make it miserable for you. We spent over 3oo on tap out for our child over 8 months...and when their system crashed we lost all we spent. The company itself agreed to refund us, but we had to go through itunes/apple since they charged us and are the middle person. Apple/itnues made it very clear that if we pursued the dispute they would close our acciunts. I can not wait until the FEDS nail them for all their fraud on the public.

I do not hand over my date of birth to another company. If I do, hackers will only need to crack the last 4 digits of my social security number to steal my entire identity. I wanted to contact support, but there is only a website with "possible solutions" to my problem, no real deal support or phonenumber. Hence, this review and chargeback for my iphone is needed.
