I ordered the 3 in 1 weed trimmer a couple weeks ago and have not received any shipping information. I sent an email to customer service and no reply. I used afterpay and thinking about stopping payment before they take another payment out. Very frustrating.

I placed an order for cordless in one on 4th May 2026 the items still have not been despatched. #220694 money taken straightaway Very disappointed aa you can't track an order that hasn't been despatched so nearly a week and half without the item even posted. Now after weeks of waiting it shows Delivery accepted in China I'm UK address on 20th May 2026. I need a full refund and compensation for this whole mess.

Advertised as brass tips on fittings but, they're not. I paid AU$160 for 30m of watering system but, same day, bought same thing of Temu for $AU30. I don't mean similar (well, except the Temu product did have brass tips) I mean identical in every other way. Obviously, cheap product, disguised as something special with jacked up price tag.

placed order 12/4/25 for wall mount splitter. Have not received it yet contact again 12/18/25 said it was with carrier. 12/29/25 contact again still did not get item. Said it was delivered. It was not.Said you would check on it I am retired and get then mail every day. It never came. 1/7/26 contact again.I have heard nothing as of today.Please replace the money you took out of my account. Order # 176151-791532

Jag beställde en batteridrivan snöskyffel. Ångrade mig dagen efter, mailade direkt att jag ville ångra min beställning. Jag har sedan dess mailat minst en gång om dagen. Jag får absolut ingen respons från företaget. Varför??? Jag valde som tur är att betala via Klarna, och de är underrättade om situationen och hur företaget hanterar ärendet. Vill ni skrämma iväg kunder så lyckas ni verkligen. Väntar fortfarande på mitt bekräftelsemail. Uppdatering : Efter mitt omdöme här fick jag äntligen respons från företaget. De ville att jag skulle redigera/ra bort mitt omdöme här på Trustpilot. Svarade att det gör jag när ni tagit bort fakturan från Klarna och skickat bekräftelse på avbeställningen. Två minuter senare var det gjort. Vill inte ta bort mitt omdöme, men uppdaterar nu hur det gick. Dåligt att "missa" mail, men ha full koll på Trustpilot. Tack och lov att jag använde Klarna, och att Trustpilot finns!!!

Delivery time was way beyond what was expected. Communication was difficult and not answered promptly.

Much like another customer, I ordered a 16 inch shovel, but on Dec 22. The website states that shipping is within 1 to 3 days. I still have had no notification that the item shipped. I have been trying to send emails to their customer support website and nobody gets back to me. I still see plenty of ads for the snow shovel as well - but something needs to change and the company really needs to be more responsive and forthcoming. Very frustrating! Order # is 187028.

The follow up from the support team is agonisingly slow. My pool vacuum stopped working after 3 months. They have promised a charger replacement if that is the problem we will see Jean
