Great customer service
We had a few bumps, but they took care of it quickly and cheerfully. One issue - no one ever seems to be around to answer the phone.

Great Place & People
If you need a storage place this is the place to go. Great, friendly staff and very accommodating to my needs. I highly recommend using Istorage in Washington Twp.

Excellent Service
Excellent customer service and size was perfect but the signs are a little confusing when trying to find the unit the first couple times.

House Move
I rented a unit to store boxes while my house is on the market. I used this same facility with a prior owner for 5 years. I-Storage purchased the facility and has made great improvements the facility. Staff is also very friendly.

24 hour access
It would be much better not to have to pay 25 a month extra to get in later I really need access up to mid night. Thank u
