I worked with a self publishing company to help me publish my very first book and they provided me with an isbn but no imprint name. Since they were extremely unhelpful throughout the entire process I figured I'd just do it myself. Isbn direct was quite literally the easiest part of this process. Thank goodness.

ISBN direct went above and beyond after I recently purchased my ISBN number. I ran into some issues with uploading the cover art and I got an email that same day informing me of the issue and another email when the issue was resolved. They also contacted me about slashes being in the name of the contributor which is apparently not allowed. They remedied the issue to prevent any delays with the submission of our book. That is the work of people who actually care!! Kudos!
