It is not as easy to use as the older …
It is not as easy to use as the older version (?). I am having difficulty switching back and forth between different sites.

what about upgrading a previous version?
buying a new software is perfect but having a quotation for an upgrade is quiet difficult!!!

Luc, Thanks for your question, and sorry for the hassle. To renew, you need to log into our Customer Community (community.ipswitch.com) and then go to "My Products." You would be directed to Cleverbridge, where you would see the cost for renewal. We have been working hard over the past 4 months to streamline the Customer Community, and I will make sure that the UX guys see your comment. Ipswitch
