Sehr unseriös!!! Verschicken falsche Gutscheincodes die sich nicht öffnen lassen.Finger weg von diesen Verein!!!

Als ipsos noch isay war, war dies die beste und zuverlässigste Umfrageseite. Seit der Umbenennung funktioniert gar nichts mehr. Alle mir zugeteilten Umfragen, sind entweder nicht verfügbar oder brechen direkt ab. Sehr ärgerlich! Nach Mail an Ipsos bekommt man nur eine standardisierte Rückmail, dass daran gearbeitet wird. Aber seit Monaten bessert sich einfach gar nichts! Wirklich schade. Werde jetzt noch einen Monat zuwarten uns dann meinen Account löschen müssen, wie viele andere, wenn sich nichts tut.

Avoid at all costs. Signed up during middle of last year, completing surveys now and again (more were ones I did not meet criteria for). However, without notice, my account was terminated, no notice given to redeem accrued points. Emailed to enquire why I couldn’t redeem my points. Takes a good week for any response. First response was that it was a technical error and the problem was sorted (which it hasn’t). Second response was that after a review my account had been terminated and that they can do that - read the t’s and c’s. That was fine (it’s what I accepted when I signed up), however, the lack of openness and communication to tell me allow me to redeem my points is what did it for me. Still waiting for a response…………. Much better online survey companies out there. Stay clear of IPSOS at all costs is my advice

après plus de 10 ans avec Ipsos ,j'arrête plus possible de faire une seule enquête ,ils on refondu leur site je peux dire que c'est une réussite tout à fondu

Was good before, but now only gives 3 points per finished survey instead of 80-150 stated, which is worth nothing, or stops mid-survey with zero points. We're talking survey lengths of 10-20 minutes here. Right now you'll need 196 points to get a 2€ (1,13 US $) Amazon voucher - go figure.

Do not waste your time. It’s a scam, after you complete the survey, it says someone else has already competed it. The points are very less per survey. Some survey it states lesser time, however, you spend more time completing it for very less points. Even after couple of months you will not earn much point to convert into cash. Total rubbish, trust pilot should not support Apex

It was stated that I would receive a £5 reward for completing a survey through YouTube, but they never sent it and support is extremely unhelpful. Very disappointed as I basically wasted my time and they still got my responses

This company used to be okay till they did maintenance on the site in early December since then it has become unusable with time wasting invites to surveys that don't exist.
