They are totally unfair to staff, I have stood up for them but they are actually just a,waste of your time just jumpers your opinion does not matter !

OMG What is going on with these people. Twice this week I've got all the way through lengthy surveys only to be screened out AT THE END due to my age not meeting quota requirements. Why don't you check that at the start ? Unbelievable. Do they think I do this for the good of my health ? Half an hour of my time. I'm finishing the quota and collecting voucher for last time. Ever since you changed your site this company has gone down the plug hole. It used to be a pleasure now it's an endurance to see if you honour your side of the deal. Don't bother. There are more honourable sites. These people don't care about their members.

Just had a call from a market researcher from this company, when I queried who he was working on behalf of he didn’t know and when I declined to answer he told me to F%#k off!! And slammed phone down, I wouldn’t recommend answering any survey from this organisation!

beaucoup de problèmes par exemple quand vous devez indiquer votre code postal impossible . il faut revenir sur enquetes se reconnecter pour aboutir à l'enquete. depuis leur nouveau site c'est une cata! franchement l'ancien site était plus pertinent quant aux cartes virtuelles mastercard c'est le flou le plus total pour pouvoir les activer. gardez plutot les bons cadeaux pour sephora ou yves rocher c'est vraiment décevant

Got 2 letters from them offering money to sign up to their survey about watching television. A quick google search later and I deemed them untrustworthy. I did not sign up. Today they sent a doorstep caller, an old woman. After explaining that i don't watch terrestrial tv and don't have netflix, and i only watch youtube the odd time, she began to push for an interview about youtube, i politely said no a few times but she kept pushing, so i said no and closed the door on her. She still kept talking outside the door until i walked away from it. No means no, ipsos, why be so predatory?
