Excellent customer service !
Excellent customer service !! I ordered the wrong size case So I called them and explained what I did. They said no problem and sent me out the right size case the same day at no charge. I would highly recommend IProductUS.

Above and beyond!
I reached out to request a custom order on Etsy for a Samsung Note 9 case after being told no from another seller. The response I received from iproducts was immediate, my order was placed and shipped in a few days. I am loving my new wood elephant case!!! You have gone above and beyond my expectations. Thank you!!!

Great customer service
The case itself was absolutely beautiful but what really won be over was the customer service Michael provided. The screen had cracked and Michael sent me a new one the following day! Thank you so much!
