Sorry I am not a fan of the new 50oz bottle. i don't like the blue light flashing vs on with the pro. Do not like where the on switch is as you hit it all the time when opening the bottle. Also wish it would have the double function like the Pro. For how much it was i thought it would be better.

1st thing was the charger cord went bad about 3 days into use luckily I ordered 2 units so I had a back up but it’s been a few months of use an I’m not seeing the benefits claimed. It’s water with bubbles to make it seem interesting but all I have found is it’s no different than regular spring water. Maybe it doesn’t work for me but a friend has 1 as well an I haven’t heard anything diff or positive about it from them either. Like everything today it’s fake as far as I’m concerned. Waste a $$ most expensive water bottle I’ve ever had

We have had problems. Before I knew there was a deal, it went down the drain. We are having charging issues.

These bottles are great! Ordered two and now my friends want one. You can taste the difference. I would have given four stars but one of the bottles just stopped working. The light turns blue temporarily but nothing happens. Sent customer service an email today. Hopefully I’ll hear back.

Product works as advertised. Website was a little tricky. Their "just one more click to verify your order" led me into double ordering unintentionally. However, customer service promptly responded to my email and refunded the extra order.

I will say I like the product but I still have not received the second one I have ordered. And it has now been over two weeks. The first one the glass cracked and then the motor burned out. I only had the pitcher for about 60 days. I am willing to try another one and this time I purchased the lifetime warranty. I would recommend you do that if you buy the pitcher, so far the bottle which I also purchased has been fine.
