Order only what you need -when you need it - and eliminate additional inventory created and wasted when ordering manufacturer minimums.

Had some concerns with my order and wrote several emails to customer service and have been put on the back burner and forgotten about. I have reached out again in hopes that they’ll continue communication with my concerns of the quality of my order.

This so-called company is a huge scam. I placed my order over two months ago. At checkout, it told me to expect my CDs within two weeks. Two weeks passed — no CDs. So I contacted them, and they told me that due to a high volume of orders, it would now take 4–6 weeks. I waited, but — you guessed it — still nothing. I reached out to their support email again, only to get either automated responses or a very unhelpful agent who claimed he couldn’t get in contact with the people making my product. It’s now been two more weeks since then, and still no answer. To clarify: 8 weeks, no product, no clear response, and it’s obvious they have no idea what’s going on with my order. Their customer support is extremely difficult to reach, and overall this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise you not to buy from this disgrace of a business.

2 months passed and they still havent started my order. I understand vinyl pressing can take a while but my order was for a vinyl jacket/sleeve. When i reached out to customer service i was answered by AI but i was able to get a refund. Youre better off ordering from Vinyl Art Co you have the same options but they actually operate like a business and not some guy in his apartment side hustle

I ordered 2 of the "recards" in late April 2025, and only received one, even though the enclosed invoice showed that they charged me for 2. Despite repeated emails to them, I've never heard back from the company, other than an initial "we're looking into it" email. This issue is unresolved, and I am very unhappy with this company.

My boyfriend ordered me a custom vinyl from this company. Paid over $100 for it. Once we received it and played it, we realized every song stopped after about a minute in. We double checked the audio he had sent to them and made sure it wasn’t an issue on our end. I sent the company a direct message on instagram and told them the issue. They asked for my order number and then never responded. My boyfriend also emailed them and has heard nothing from them. The customer service is lacking and at this rate, I doubt we will get a refund.
