I sent a project #ITC35308 on July 7 2025. I received the usual pitch emails, but the record didn't arrive in the expected time. I wrote ITC via email explaining the situation but got no answers. I logged and checked my project and all the tracks and images were gone, wrote again to Dan asking what was going on, I got no answer. I logged to ITC and found out my tracks and images were gone. Wrote back, again no answer. I had to go to PayPal and get my money back, without any communication on your part. I reorder the project and received it. I have done 5 previous projects without a problem.

Vinyl arrived in good condition but when I played my 7 inch it has a scratch so skips on side a and also got cut on the wrong speed was meant to be a 45 not a 33 and the smell of the sleeves legit gave me a headache but the sound quality of the actual vinyl was good minus the scratch

The transfer of my digital tracks on the vinyl press, sounds not that good and a little disappointed. A lot of the layering of instruments just gets loss. Also there is a lot of popping on the record. I burned my own CD from my files and they sound great, but the vinyl just doesn't sound near as good

Quality is good for a lathe cut, but it smells terrible. the smell is so bad I cant even conceal it with a sleeve or anything. Quality is pretty hit or miss. I ordered two, and the first one was not very good the second was great, i guess it depends whether they make ur record right after they clean the machine or last which determines how good the quality is. I will order again because I like the idea of ordering custom records, but for price and quality, there are probably better options

the record is as expected. i bought a custom 2lp colored record, and i had only a few issues. first, nothing was communicated. i received emails saying it was shipped and delivered when it was delivered. so i was kinda in the dark, but it showed up when expected. secondly, the record is a little messy looking; the edges are rough, and smelled a bit weird. the jacket was very slippery and smelt worse, and was flimsy. i did put some cardboard in it for stability, but was still kinda eh. lastly, the record itself self had a few issues. it played slightly fast, and the second track on side a was cut short after 30 ish seconds. other than that, it is playable, sounds pretty okay, and the discs themselves are definitely a good addition to the collection. the only thing that might effect my want to buy from them again is the longevity of the records which is tbd.

All perfect, except that I requested to change the back image of the sleeve and a link was sent to me to upload the new image but the old one was printed out instead. Besides that the quality on the vinyl is exceptional.

Thank you so much for my order. I love it but I was expecting a slightly better printing quality, I sent in very hi-res pictures and the actual printouts of the jackets are a bit pixelated but that's me being nitpicky. The main reason why i'm giving 3 stars is because the cardboard of the jackets is extremely flimsy, it's so hard to put them away without bending them

I expected the sleeve to be a better quality. It was very flimsy and not on cardstock like a typical sleeve. The print is more of a soft touch matte texture. It’s not easy to get a record in and out of it. Overall, while the clarity of the print is good and it looks nice, I thought for the price it wasn’t as high quality as it should have been.
