Intercom is awesome. We work with schools, teachers and students and they allow us to solve problems as they're happening in realtime, and message users based on specific actions to move them down the funnel.

Started out using Intercom for chat, but quickly realized it could replace multiple services we depend on every day from sales chat to support automation and even product tours. I've tried multiple other chat clients, but only Intercom has given us continuous service without lagging and extremely powerful automation.
