Awful online purchase experience.
Flute failed after 20 days. Their return policy is 15 days. They told me to fix it myself. Worst customer service ever. Go elsewhere folks.

I ordered a flute
and got a great price, a nice warranty, the flute was here in 5 days, and it is gorgeous. I want to buy a harp from them next! I can't believe what a lovely buying experience I had, and my granddaughter loves her flute.
