All in all an ok unit (inogen4), battery charges very slowly, capacity mediocre, weight near uncomfortable range, bottom line if you need it you probably learn how to deal with it. Unit makes continuous “spitting” noises, quite unpleasant to have to listen to. In low or dark light operating knobs are impossible to read.

I am an experienced user of portable Oxygenators. The unit is easy to read and for the most part quiet. Is it worth the money I paid? No. So far, the life of the battery is good but expect that will decrease as time goes passes like any battery. 1) It is heavy with the double battery 2) The carrying case is made for a single battery. Since I only have double battery, maybe this is the case for both batteries. 3) Outside pocket on carrying case...still trying to figure out what I can put there without a fear of loosing the item. 4) Pocket is small for storing excess tubing. Can not wind too tightly as the tube will kink. I do like the back-pack except for one detail: the need to disconnect the tubing every time to move from one carrier to another. This is very inconvenient as tubing is difficult too remove. I would venture to guess that whoever created these products never had to wear them first or, were users consulted. Sometimes when one is short of breath, there is a stress level created when switching from back-pack to shoulder carrier and vice-versa. I am lucky because I have help if needed. Overall, I like the product but it is a bit pricey. Would imagine not many folks can afford Inogen. Regards, John Janko (current user)

It cannot go to air setting #3 as it is too noisy on air setting#2 the oxygen supply is low and it poses difficult breathing.
