run around
I was hopeful that they had in stock something they said they did because I was having trouble finding it on the major online stores. Nope. Had to process a refund which took time and had to delay ordering it from elsewhere.

Took a month to deliver
Took a month to deliver. I lost the hope of receiving any refund or the product. But got the product delivered after around a month from order date so giving 2 stars.
