The item I had originally ordered wasn't available for a few weeks, so I was offered a substitution (at a 10% discount), with the conversation carried on via email. Responses were quick and the substitute item was shipped without delay. Very satisfied with both my purchase and the ordering process!

I ordered online and the service was great it came in one day. My only regret is that the parts were not correct for my machine. Is there a way of sending them back? I sure would appreciate a respond as $38 is a lot of money to waste. Thanks Kathy Dahl

The delivery of my order was fast. Had a small problem with one of my items, however, it was rectified immediately and without any hassle. I don't know why I haven't been using IndeMedical for the past five years, but I'm their customer now and in the future. I highly encourage you to give them a try...I'm confident they'll be your provider for all things medical also.

After researching other sites, I determined Inde had the best pricing on wheelchair tires. I was skeptical because I wasn't sure how they were beating price by 20%. I took the risk to save money and glad I did. Very smooth transaction, excellent communication on order status, and I got exactly what I ordered 3 days later. I highly recommend Inde Medical.
