Maeve is wonderful, intuitive compassionate, and very knowledgeable about her job and she takes excellent care of her clients. If you want a representative that has your best interest then you need to go with Maeve because she is what makes Ideal Tax wonderful.

I recently submitted a three-star review for Idealtax, which led to a conversation with my case manager, Angela. She explained the tax reconciliation process again, and I realized it’s not as quick and easy as I initially thought. Without Angela’s assistance, it would be even more challenging. I reviewed my emails, phone calls, and text messages, confirming Angela’s responsiveness and dedication to advancing my case. Ultimately, I believe Angela deserves a higher rating than I initially gave. Thank you, Angela. Keep up the excellent work, and I will be patient.
