I'm speechless. I'm a customer since like 2008 or so, with multiple servers. The hosting is flawless, and the support is brilliant. No matter what day of the weekend it is, what hour, or whether it rains or not. I always get an instant, helpful reply. Today they solved the WordPress configuration issues between staging and production environments, moving and reconfiguring the databases. And they fixed the badly loading fonts as they were on it. I'm astonished. This is the best customer support I experienced. Ever. Period.

I have been registering a domain from ICDSoft since 2005 and they have also hosted my site since then. I have never had any problems with my site. Today I asked the technical support how to convert my site from http to https. In 15 minutes they did this for me! Amazing support!

I have registered a domain from ICDSoft for years. Also had them host my web site for a few years. Never a problem and the price was fair. One annoyance is that it's hard to get support. I have a simple question that I can't get answered. Maybe someone will see it here and answer me. I registered my domain with ICDSoft but WHOIS.com shows the registar as enom.com. Why is that? Any help is appreciated.

After several years of one flakey, expensive webhost after another, I found ICDsoft more than 20 years ago, and they have been SUPERB for all these years. Heat tickets are ALWAYS answered and problems solved literally in a couple of minutes. The websites are solid as a rock, and I own a lot of them! I've had clients who try to insist on me using their existing webhost accounts, but I invariably save them money and increase their website's reliability by eventually moving them over to ICDsoft. There is no better webhosting service on the internet anywhere! This is the best!
